It could be that the RAZR is not supported. Or maybe some mods to your phone, if you have modded any, like changing the LCD density of your screen are keeping your phone from being properly recognized by the market.

Are you on WIFI? Some games are too big to be downloaded over 3g/4g and need to be on WIFI.

edit. Also do you have Data saver enabled in your settings>data manager? That too will make it so you have to be on WIFI to download bigger games.
