Its kinda hard to decide right now because right now I'm using metiCkMod v2.2 with the complete Galaxy S theme which includes TouchWiz UI and I'm really liking it... Only issues I have been having is that my market doesn't downloads some apps and sometimes my camera/video player wont work....
