Where are all the new roms?

Sorry i tried to do some searching and could not really find a straight answer, but all of the roms listed above seem very out of date. Is there a new place to get roms? And is safestrap required for installing the new roms?

Xda has the most up to date ROMs listed there. But due to the official ota being rolled out I'd say even those ROMs are slightly out of date seeing as the leaks are no longer needed lol
