Weatherbug paid version.
Not sure what is lacking in the free version but it does all I ask.
Spark is a neat new addition that gives you lightning info.
I think their forecasting is pretty good too.

I happen to think Yahoo! Weather is the best weather app, right at this moment. The images are incredible and it is very impressive overall, have a look.
