What will happen when OTA hits a rooted Droid

Let's say I root the phone with FRG01B by Universal Androot or Easy Root and then install Rom Manager. After that, flash the clockworkmod, install a P3 kernel and use SetCPU to OC. Everything is OK. But what will happen when FRG22D OTA hits (yea, I'm still waiting for that stupid OTA)? I know if I allow the OTA, I will lose root. But what happens to the clockworkmod and P3 kernel? Or just simply I bricked my phone?

Thanks,

Either one of the custom recoveries (Spr or Clockwork) will block the installation of an ota. Just accept the ota and it will attempt to install, but will fail. Then you'll get no further alerts for that ota.

Thanks. But besides being able to get Flash, which I already have, any more advantage to upgrade? BTW, what's the difference between deodexed and odexed?

Just some security enhancements and the Flash ability AFAIK.

Don't use custom ROMs so I don't know much about it, but from what I read the deodexed version is easier to theme and customize. Some psosts I read claim the odexed is faster, others say it is not.
