I will be getting a replacement droid incredible sent to me because the speaker blew out on the one I have now. If I move all my apps to my SD card and just make sure it ends up in the replacement phone I should be okay?

If you only have apps from the market they will reload when you sign in on the new phone. Back up the apk for anything you dont have from market though.

And when you say "backup", moving it to the SD card is sufficient?

if they don't automatically redownload themselves (which I have seen once 6mos ago, but not since) then follow the instructions in this previous post
