Replacement incredible

I finally got my replacement incredible from verizion (" Reconditioned" a fact they don't mention ) because the phone could not accept Froyo and would turn itself on and off at random times. I was assured that I would be able to transfer almost all my data, apps, photos, etc from my sd card to the new phone. Guess im ignorant 'cause it ain't happening. Any suggestions out there?

Take out the old sd and use it in the new phone. Or take everyhting of the sd and place it onto your pc and then transfer it on to the new one.
