What program is transcribing my voice mail?

I am not sure where to post this but I am running Liberty Gingerbread and I don't know if it is related somehow.

I use Google Voice as my voice mail service and I have unchecked the option to send me a text with a transcription. However, today I received a voice message and it was text'd to me and Google Voice says there is no transcription available.

I do not pay for nor have setup VVM. So what could doing the transcription?
