What app is this?

There used to be a app that was kinda weird. You would have a mission to find someone in your area to kill who was also on the app. When you would get close to them and do stuff it would register as a kill and it would let them know they are dead or something. Anyone know what this app is? lol

never heard of that app, but the only app i know of that might be what you are talking about is Parallel Kingdom
