Weird graphical issue, app incompatibility?

I just got the GN today and I am experiencing a weird issue with a bunch of different apps. When I open up ones like Root Explorer, PDANet, and even this game called Alchemy.. the screen is three different tones of grey/black and you can see that the app is open but all of the wording / buttons is miniscule. I have rebooted the phone at least 3-4 times to no avail. Has anyone experienced this issue or just me? I will post a picture in just a second.

Well, I got PDANet to work by installing the latest version from the marketplace, but the other two still doing that.. is that what is displayed when an app is incompatible.. this black screen?
