Webcam to watch over parent

Hi, I need to be able to monitor my parent using my phone. His place is arranged so I can see him mostly anywhere from one location.

I'd like to use a webcam that I can set up with a wifi connection that I can view with my Droid?

Is this possible and what's the best way ti accomplish this??
