Applications To View Webcams Worldwide

My 16 yr. old son got an iPod Touch for Christmas and he thinks he is outdoing me with the apps on his Touch compared to my D2. He has an app that he can view webcams around the world. I can't seem to find anything similar. Can anyone tell me of one? It seems to me there used to be one that was a live wallpaper that randomly selected a webcam from around the world but that might have been on my old BB Storm.
