Want to upgrade but...

So I bought the original droid on it's launch date, which puts me wayy out for a NE2 upgrade. Do you guys know if there's any loopholes to get an upgrade and get some type of break on the cost of the X. I would like to get the X before VZW tiers data pricing. If im gonna be stuck with a phone for a while I want the X with unlimited data. Any insight would be great. Thanks. :motdroidvert:

I also got my droid on launch day. I have been a longtime customer and was able to convince them to let me upgrade 4 months early. Had to talk to a supervisor.

Don't forget you can do a early upgrade one year into a 2 year contact.

Call, ask for a supervisor. If they won't do it, talk to Corp. Guest Relations. They are almost always willing to let you pay for a new phone and renew your contract further.
