Wallpaper will not change.

for some odd reason. my phone lost all data today. all i was getting was the white 3g bars. after 6 hours of that i did a factory reset. i have not tried backgrounds yet. but will shortly.

(side note: my wife's bionic has had no issues. thats why i did a reset)


edit: it my backgrounds are changing.
