The wallpaper on my phone is dimmed for some reason and I can't figure out why. My display brightness is set the same and everything else is as bright as it should be, just the background picture set as wallpaper is dark. It's doing this with any picture I set as my wallpaper.. Any ideas as to what's going on here?
