Is there a way to turn up the ear piece volume? Is there a way to calibrate the touch screen?

As far as I know most of the touch screen phones do not allow touch screen calibration, if you are having real issues with the touch screen than I would say you need to replace the device as its defective.

When your in a call if you press the volume it should change the in-call volume.
