Volume rocker problems? ??

Got an uneasy feeling that the hardware buttons on our razr's are not going to last very long.

My volume rocker us already acting up.

Same thing - Just bought this razr less than a month ago. Volume down rocker kept activating on its own. Tried to reboot the phone and now it will not even turn on - goes to the root menu and says the phone is locked. I'm taking it back today - this is BAD!

what is it doing?
