I have searched for hours online for this question- I cannot find my answer. I am so confused! I want to put all my videos on my external hard drive. I mount my phone and go to copy the files and its an internet link. I click on the video and internet explorer comes up. I disconnected from the internet and the files will not play. How can I fix this? I have windows vista, motorola droid, and they are all where they should be in the DCIM folder.
