vibration help

I just received my droid for christmas and it is my first android device. 99% of the time i leave my phone to vibrate. I want my phone to vibrate for calls, texts, emails, and voicemail. I've searched threads to find the solution to this problem, but for some reason, as soon as I seem to have the problem fixed, everything resets and goes back to how it was. Please help me.

Hey man just search the app 'Missed Call' and it will walk you through how to fix the problem....it even goes as far as to allow you to customize your vibrate. I use it and its great
