Vibrate option keeps getting turned on

I keep noticing that the vibrate option in the sounds menu keeps checking itself. I'm not sure what's causing this and I can't seem to find anything on why it happens. If you don't know what I'm talking about, under the sound menu in settings there is an option that says, "Vibrations feedback for calls and notifications" and this means the phone vibrates no matter what sound setting is chosen. Annoying!

Does it turn back on after a specific event like Sense crashing?

I haven't noticed anything...maybe it's when the phone turns off from being low on charge...I'll have to keep a closer look.
