I just downloaded rom manager premium so I could ota updates of CM7 to my NOOKcolor, but anyways I also put it on my DX and am wondering if the roms listed in it on there are safe to apply without getting involved with adb?

Rom Manager will apply the rom's for you. No need for adb. But its better to use a pc to download rom's then transfer them to your sd. Rom Manager has issues applying rom's sometimes.

Also some of the ROMS on rom manager are I believe fairly outdated using an older system files like 2.3.15 and I do not believe you can flash those while on system 2.3.340 which more than likely you are on
