Verizon - Switching Phone on Family Plan

So my girlfriend is getting ready to upgrade her phone. She is going to upgrade to the Nexus One (when it comes out for Verizon). She wants my phone (the Droid) and I want the Nexus One. So after she upgrades, we want to activate the Nexus One on my number and then activate the Droid on hers. Is this pretty simple to do? I can just do it right thru the Verizon website correct? Thanks!

Website or in the store when you get the phone. VZW doesnt seem to care how you shuffle phones around, as long as you either pay the full price, or have a "new every 2" available somewhere on your account.
