VCOrganizer Outlook Contact Issues

I've tried several different settings but continue to have contacts appear on the Maxx that have been deleted on Outlook.

In addition, I noticed that when adding additional phone numbers to an existing Outlook contact the next SYNC with the MAXX fails to update the contact record with the new information.

Anyone have any similar experiences or suggestions?
