I found a setting in Touchdown / Advanced called " Exclude Attachments from Gallery" might fix your junk files issue.....:icon_ banana:

Yep sure does, I found that setting about a month ago but forgot to update this thread.

Checking that indeed does not place those pictures in my gallery anymore.
