Okay, now i did a full factory reset, and it finally worked, but unfortunately the backups weren't successful, i lost all app data and wifi passwords, i only managed to backup contacts and the apps (without their data files), i used this:
Super Backup SMS Contacts - Android Apps on Google Play

It required root access to backup apps data, but i couldn't root the phone because if i did, I'll most likely put my phone at risk, i heard that apps data might be the reason of any malfunction in the OS, thank you guys for trying to help, next time, i will uncheck the the tethering option before i unplug the phone from the USB cable.

Agreed! As long as tethering is working, you can add passwords and things over time. The important thing is that you can use the features of your phone that you want.
