Very happy with mine. Really good battery life with the standard battery and insane battery life with the extended battery. First phone I have ever had that I can actully see really well in bright sunlight. A feature that is really important to me. Maybe not the best screen in the world for watching HD movies on, but I generally use my TV for that. It certainly had some glitches at release, but those issues are long gone after the second update.

I can't get enough of this phone. My wife is starting to worry.

My wife is same way. She thought for the longest time that I was having an affair because I was constantly on my phone. Until I showed her how I rooted it and how cool it was that I could run different roms and even ics. When she found out that all im screwing around with is my phone, she was a little dissapointed. She said im a nerd. And she is absolutely right. I love my phone.

You ask this question in the Bionic forum and of course you'll get a bunch of "Hell Yes!" Ask the same question in any forum about upgrading to that phone and you'll get the same response "Hell Yes! " In reality, if you like having a physical keyboard as with the D2, you should consider the D4. I won one from Motorola last month in a promotion and it's a pretty solid phone. The keyboard is pretty sweet. Much better design than the D2. Both the Bionic and the D4 are very good phones and you'll probably be happy with either one.

The keyboard is a valid point, if that is something you use a lot and is important to you a non-keyboard phone might be a mistake. I went from an OG to the Bionic and I do not miss my keyboard at all. You might want to stop using your keyboard right now on your D2 and see how you like that. Although you won't have the bigger Bionic touchscreen keyboard and the built in Swype it will give you a general idea of what it may be like.

i hardly use the keyboard, does anyone know where go to get a good deal on a bionic? verizon screwed me out of my upgrade
