Upgrade

I have a Droid Incredible now and was wanting to upgrade. Should I get the Nexus S, HTC Thunderbolt or wait until the Droid Bionic comes out? All the input would be appreciated. Thanks.

I don't think so. Everything today that was gonna come out should have come out but there will be more to come out soon
