Hamlett......if there is any way you can give me advice as well. I don't want to root, just update to ICS. my phone is terrible and i'm on my 2nd replacement. I was told when they sent my now current phone that the update was coming september 15th. Well obviously that's not happening. I'm just tired of this...i was given a bionic for my ****ty samsung charge because of all the problems and now this.
