I still have not received the promised 2,34 update from VW. I'm so ready to give up on this phone. Is this normal to not get update yet?

I got it and I can NOT update to it. Keeps saying update failed!!!!! Someone help?

Got to have to stock programming. Meaning no frozen apps. No deleted apps. Yes, you can be rooted but the update will kill it and you'll need to reroot it.
