The update is still in the soak test phase, the masses should receive it in the next week or two

Have you searched at all on the forums? Just be patient, MANY don't have it yet, neither do I. We'll get it when we get it or you can flash the rom, but that's not something I'm willing to do. You should hve it sometime in the next 2 weeks. Several threads about this already.
