Update on unlocked bootloader?

Has anyone heard anything on the progress of an unlocked bootloader for the Bionic?

I know there was a reward for the first people to crack it...

The chances of someone cracking the bootloader are slim to none, only real chance of it occurring is if a leak comes from Moto, or if Moto purposely unlocks it. Kind of a bummer. :/

Well seeing as they used the same atrix unlock method on the Photon, in theory it might work for the Bionic.

The atrix was unlocked via a leak, also im pretty sure the atrix is using a different chipset then the bionic. So the bootloader will be different.

I could be wrong though.

yea i don't think we are gonna crack the damn military grade encryption on this bootloader :frown:. darn i bet this phone could easily run circles around almost anything on the market with a good overclock

Considering that one could double the clock speed on the OG, could you imagine the Bionic @ 2 ghz?

The ATRIX and Photon are very similar. With Tegra 2 and what not.

Now, if the ATRIX 2 got it then maybe.
