Update 2.3.240.en.US

My phone keeps telling me that update (2.3.340.en.US) has been downloaded and ready to install, but I am hesitant because I have not had a chance to read about it and because I'm rooted. Do I need to unroot or do anything before I install this new update? Do you guys recommend the update?

Just find a copy of Z4 root and save the apk to your sd card - that is how I re-rooted my phone after applying the update.
