I've seen it prevent re-rooting

If i had to unroot for an update or something, could I just leave the bootloader and superuser on and update, then reroot? would it cause any problems if i just left them there while unrooted for a bit?

Before unrooting you should remove superuser and bootstrapper. Nothing else really matters. And the process of unrooting should remove superuser, the only time you will get unrooted and still have the super user app is if you pull an update while still rooted.

Sorry "it" meaning superuser. Spaz is right!

So bootstrapper is the only thing I would really have to remove manually. I would just uninstall? theres no special way to remove it, right?
