Unable to add location?

I was trying to creating my home rule however when I try to add my home address from either searching, via contact, or current location, I get an error message stating "Sorry could not find a location". I had this working before however I did a hard reset of my Razr Maxx and now it won't work.

Same exact issue here using a brand new Motorola RAZR M just shipped to me from Verizon
