When dialing a number to initiate an outgoing call on my DX, I get a dial pad with dark keys and haptic feedback. During a call if I am prompted to press a key for someone's extension, I press the keypad icon. A different keypad pops up with GREEN keys, haptic feedback AND DTMF tone feedback for each key pressed. I really really like this secondary keypad.
Two questions:
Why does the DX have two different keypads?
Is there a way to set up the phone so that all keypads have DTMF tone feedback?
