trident kraken users-any problems with callers hearing u?

been using my kraken for a while and almost every time i talk to somebody they say they can't hear me and i have to hold try holding the phone differently so they can hear me. Not sure if the kraken case is causing this issue, or if i am just not holding the phone close enough to my face or somethin? Curious if any kraken users have noticed this​

I have the Cyclops and have the same issue. Not sure what is going on.

Looking at the Kraken, it appears the holes for the mic may be too small to allow full sound thru. A small drill bit to open it up a bit should fix that problem.
