No one can hear me

Anybody else have issues with callers being able to hear you. I have had Turbo for 10 days now, and everyone keeps telling me they cant hear me, even while I smash my face to the phone and talk loudly. Its like it doesn't really pick up my voice ceanly. Could the case be an issue (Incipio rubber case)
Appreciate any thoughts, its treacherous to conduct work calls if people cant here

Try a phone call without the case and see if it helps. If not, sounds like a hardware issue to me and you should get it exchanged.

If you find that it's not the case, you may try a FDR.....your carrier will ask you to do that before exchanging it anyways.

The microphones are in two spots on the bottom.. My otterbox has 2 recesses to accommodate for that.. I've noticed alot of turbo cases that don't.. They're right under the far left and far right capacitive buttons...
