Trade in Your Old Phone and Get $200.00 Back From Motorola

Lol I think even my beat up (but perfectly working) D2G is worth much more than 25 dollars.

There are a lot of programs out there that would benefit from these used phones. Women's shelters, for example take cell phone donations. I would much rather see my phone go to a place like that versus a company like Moto or many others that probably melt them down for the precious metals or find a way to make a buck off of them some other way.

Almost a 500 percent depreciation of value after 5 months? Jeez

$35 for the droid x? I'll keep mine and use it as an iTouch for music and games. What a worthless promo. They could give me $200 for it and I still wouldn't buy another Moto device.

Word, though for me it's the bootloader headaches. Haven't had to deal with all the software issues since first debloating, then flashing MIUI.

$25 for OG droid :(
Yep,

Just did quote FMV through Moto, a measly $25...that's when it's fully functional, with a cracked screen...$0.00, worthless, not surprising, guess might as well wait for SG III or Moto Fighter (if it's the real deal), since the $50 Rezound offer is gone.:icon_eek:

$80 for the Thunderbolt... Seriously guys, if you want to sell your phone just do it over Craigslist, or sell it to me.

I was impressed.. I sold my Thunderbolt locally on Craigslist for $210. Probably could have gotten more for it from the guy. I had no luck on Swappa where I had priced it at $170.

With Swappa, it helps to feature it, or tweet it yourself with some hashtags, to get more public exposure. As much as I love Swappa, it's still not the most well known buy/sell site. Craigslist tends to be easier, at least in the Dallas area where everybody is always buying/selling. But you also run into some shady folks on Craigslist. However, it becomes relatively easy to tell someone who is shady, vs. someone who is normal.
