To do list app

I went shopping today and forgot two ingredients for the dish I was making. I usually did a list on my iphone but this bad boy just does not have one. Can somebody recommend a good one? Free would be better. It could be a to do list or sticky note app

there is a sticky note widget, i use it a lot. but it isnt a check list. menu - add - widget - sticky note

Phone has a sticky note app on it already, if you long press home screen and go under Motorola widgets its in there.

I use GroceryIQ for shopping lists. Using the barcode scanner, I can scan items from my kitchen and they are added to my shopping list. You can have unlimited stores, and either say the item or type the name in. Can also have favorites for repeating items.

Tasks N Todos is pretty good. Its widget easily shows what you have listed.
