Time keeper app?

I'm a foreman on a construction crew,and in charge of keeping time. I'm looking for a app that i can talk/text, the hours in, preferably associated with a calender. I big bonus would to be able to speak to the app and then it would place the info into a day, on the calender....Am i asking to much...LOL:icon_ banana:
