This happening with your sent pictures?

I noticed if I send my pictures from my gallary they get received with a "textured" layer on it, BUT if I chose the contact and attach the picture it shows up clear.

Anyone else experiencing this?

a friend of mine experienced this a while ago on his droid 2. it was like a checkerboard pattern. he said the problem was exclusively when using handcent but we never really came to any concrete solution as to why it happened or how to fix it.
