[Theme] Minimalistic by manup465 for Sapphire *Now for 0.8.4*

This is the Minimalistic theme by manup465 ported to Sapphire by me.

Please report any bugs/issues you find to me.

This works for Clockwork and SPRecovery:
MEGAUPLOAD - The leading online storage and file delivery service

For ClockWork just put on sdcard and use the install zip from sdcard method.

For SPRecovery rename to update.zip.

*UPDATE* Fixed jog alignment problem on incoming calls - thanks to Maizekidstill81 for the find.
*UPDATE* Fixed Superuser breaking on install - Thanks to all for being so patient.

I was planning on using it, but its a little to dark for me. I need some color accents on a mainly black theme.
