So after a couple set backs and a few delays, the theme is finally finished being ported to the newest Ultimate Droid for the D1, 3.0.1. If you are still on 3.0.0 for some reason, I believe this should work as well. This will NOT be available via the Theme Engine. The Tmo Theme Engine is a great idea, and no disrespect to it and the people that make it work, but it's not for me at this time. The amount of changes I have made to over 2000 images, and dozens of XML, and a few smali codes, are just things that either can't be done by the Theme Engine at this time, and / or just would not be a good use of my time to port all of that to it. The extra effort of hitting the power button and selecting Reboot to Recovery isn't THAT bad, is it? 
With that being said, this has been a labor of love. I tried to tie together the apps as much as possible.
Features:
Many inverted apps
Inverted text input areas
Unique 3G icon
Bold text for easier reading
Down/upload animations feature 5 arrows that light up in succession.
White highlights with a thin black border for all items
White bounce animations
White progress bars
"Working" Buttons (any round button selectors are now 3D and depress upon selecting)
Many custom icons
Sweet matching wallpaper
So many more things, I can't even remember 1/2 of them. Literally 90% of each app included has been themed completely, not just color changes.
*Known Issues*
The widget picker menu is black text on black background. Sorry about that, but I couldn't find out what controls that for anything. It's easy to choose which one you need though, from the icons.
