unlimited should mean just that...not with strings/fine print attached...its like going to a buffet and being told to leave after 1 plate...just saying :)

I think a better analogy is that it's like paying for one person at a buffet, but trying to sneak food back to the rest of the family at the table. Verizon's unlimited data plan is unlimited...as much data as the phone on that line can consume. When you use the phone to tether, the phone isn't consuming the data, it's just passing it on, like my buffet analogy.

Once again a thread that has any little bit to do about tethering goes off on some moral tangent. The point of this thread was about a complaint filed with the FCC. Is anyone talking about that anymore? I don't see it. I see a good bit of slighting one another though. So I am closing this for now pending review.
