Synching ical and Droid

I've seen the thread about synching ical and the Droid using Google calendar. Are there any other solutions? I'm not in love with the privacy policy Google has, which appears to allow personal information to be tracked by them, and third party providers.

I think you have the privacy policy misunderstood about third party providers. Google does not share your calendar with anybody. It's password protected, and it's on a secure web page.
