When you install Swype via Swype Installer, where does it store the apk? I'm looking but I'm not finding it.

It stores it in system/app. You have to be rooted to get to it since its a system file

I looked in there and I didn't find it. Swype.apk nor com.swype(whatever the rest is) isn't in there either.

Found it. It's in /data/app

Mine is in the data/app also. I looked in the system/app first then searched with RE.

Really? Root Explorer force closes when it finishes the search for me. I tried that earlier and it force closed before I could see where it was located. I was going to apply a MM theme to it but there isn't enough space

I wonder why mine is. Oh well. I don't use it that often but sometimes I need it.

Sorry, I do not know. The only issue I have with MIUI is the corporate email. Everything else is fine. I still need to install 12.24.1

I had the RE issue before MIUI unfortunately. Yeah, I saw you were having issues. You haven't flashed 12.24.1 yet? If that doesn't fix it you could always try Jrizzils mod.

I've had RE since January and not had any issues. Since I was having email issues I returned to 12.3.2. Earlier today, I restored 12.24 and tried the apk from 12.3.2 but was not successful. Have not installed the fix (12.24.1) but will tomorrow. If that does not work I will try Jrizzil's

I understand. I'm excited for the next release Did it work for you on 12.18? Or did you skip that update?

Oh, okay. Well, maybe you could try the email.apk from that version. I don't know how well it works but it's a more previous release than 12.3 so it may fix it.

I already tried the apk from 12.3.2 and it did not work. Making a SPR backup now and will install 12.24.1
