Stuck in Android System Revovery Screen

Tried to update to the latest .215 leak. Got to the Android System Recovery Screen and I couldnt find the the downloaded update which I thought I had placed in my SD Card-EXT. How do I restart everything again without bricking my phone. Again stuck in the Android System Recovery Screen.:blink:
