I'm stuck at Android System Recovery. Now What

Please Help. I was stuck at the M. I tried to flash CM7 to my phone and now it is stuck. I can get it to the triangle with the ! but then what can I do to fix it? When I use the volume buttons, I get options for Android system recovery, but I don't know which option to select or how to select it. This is a rooted Droid 2 previously running GB. Choices: Reboot System Now, Apply update from sdcard (I did save CM7 nightly update 139 to my sd card), wipe data/factory reset, wipe cache partition. Which and how would I select it? Then what will I need to do? Is there a link to some directions anywhere? Thanks for any help you can provide.

unfortunately you will have to sbf back to Froyo and start over...

I would try to wipe data/factory reset first. If that doesn't help you'll have to sbf. There's some links in my signature that will help if you need to sbf. If you're still confused after reading them, feel free to ask for help.
