Stuck at M logo...

So I tried to update to BB 0.4 by holding up and X button to get to recovery. I tried factory reset, wiping cache, rebooting and I cant get anything. Still stays on the M logo when I reboot. Help PLZ

What Recovery are you using SPR or CW

Did you have the ROM on your SD card and install it from recovery and this is when you got stuck at the (M)

Where did you get your BB V0.4 Download from

Maybe a Dumb question...is your phone Rooted ?
