Streaming Justin.tv

I tried streaming (at the lowest video quality) a few Starcraft 2 channels on Justin.tv unsuccessfuly. The stream was very choppy and at times the video would freeze while the audio would continue on unaffected. Is this a 3G limitation or a DINC2 hardware limitation?
